I’m living proof of the old adage “You can take the girl out of Texas, but you can’t take the Texas out of the girl.” I moved to New York 7 months ago to pursue a masters in Jewish Education and although my 3rd graders tell me I “look like a New Yorker”, my cowboy boots, love for Tex-Mex, and constant use of the word y’all are here to stay. I’m all about having a good time, whether I’m exploring the ins and outs of the city or having a dance party in my room. I always see the glass as half-full and I promise you’ll never meet anyone who laughs as much as I do!
