There’s a story about Bill Murray and Chevy Chase getting in a fistfight backstage during the early years of SNL. In the midst of punches being thrown and vulgarities being shouted, Murray manages to land the most brutal zinger I’ve ever heard in my life, calling Chevy a “medium talent.”
