There are few things that make me smile more than hearing the phrase “A new project from Joan Rivers“. Add “…in which she interviews Sarah Silverman from the comfort of her bed” and I’m sold, hook, line and semitic sinker.
So, pull on your jammy-jams and get In Bed With Joan – the new internet chat show from the always (up yours, Abe Foxman – always) hilarious Ms. Rivers, which premiered this afternoon. And speaking of “semitic”: It takes less than sixty seconds for Silverman to crack her first Jew joke. It’s an auspicious start to what’s already promising to be one of the best comedy series around.

It’s funny; Joan says it’s a bedroom, and it looks like her room at Melissa’s house in LA, and Melissa and their staff are all there – but it looks like NYC outside the window.
Okay, then I saw the ending. That was… disturbing.
I love it. Smart, funny, reminds me of Johnny Carson. He’d turn in his grave!
ending was a bit odd??? I love Sarah S, she is one of the funniest comics currently. And Joan is a trip!
