Not since 1945 has it been such a lousy time to be an Austrian Nazi. First long-time leader Jorg Haider is killed in a flaming car crash; then it turns out that his successor, Stefan Petzner, is just flaming.
Petzner (pictured above, left), the 27-year old heir apparent announced that Haider, long rumored to be gay, was the "man of his life. Furthermore, it turns out that the night he died, Haider was coming off a drinking binge at a gay bar after he and Petzner had a lover’s quarrel. Apparently Petzner is fated to be a bottom, and after his comments were made public, he was relegated to the position of new party boss Josef Buchner’s deputy. No word yet on whether or not Buchner has taken on all of Haider’s duties.
