Our New Favorite Coachella Band

Jimmy Kimmel’s “Lie Witness News” is one of the late night host’s funniest reoccurring bits – Reporters hit the street, ask ordinary passers-by blatantly false questions, and let the cameras roll while the hapless victim twists and turns in an attempt not to look like a clueless dope… and in doing so, end up looking like exactly that.

Last week’s Coachella Music Festival was packed to the brim with clueless dopes. So, like moths to a flame, or flies to shit, Kimmel’s Lie Witness News team hit the festival grounds to ask the attendees their thoughts on entirely fictional bands. Right out of the gate, though, the Lie Witness reporter knocks it out of the park with a band we desperately wish were real.
