Mind of Menschia

When Jewdar hears that someone is doing a humorous look at Jewish culture, we reach for our pistol. When we were informed that Carlos Mencia had done a Cultural Explorer piece on everyone’s favorite semites, we confess that we did experience a certain amount of trepidation. Unlike our feelings towards ham, Islam, and prison sex, we figured we’d try it out before rejecting it. While some of the jokes were a little on the trite side, nonetheless, we smirked, smiled and even laughed, at least enough to give it the highly coveted JK (that’s the Jewdar Kosher symbol). Who knows, maybe Mencia’s got a little marrano in him after all.

What do you think?

See I was totally down with it based on my teenage viewing of assorted women in prison films, but then I watched Oz, and it seemed way less cool.

Yeah Oz turned me off the idea a little bit as well.
And that’s really saying something :P
There are no Jewmos in prison anyway, I suspect.

I wonder who he stole his material from this time…or did he just dip into MORE of Ari Shaffir’s shit? Fuck Mencia, hack. His name isn’t even Carlos, it’s Ned.

    Ari Shaffir…tsk tsk.
    So hostile, Hesed…I love it.
    So, Jewdar…how’s your brother?

  5. Hesed

It’s true, Mencia steals his material, not just from Ari Shaffir either.

I was calling Mencia a hack, not Jewdar. Jewdar’s comedy is too campy to be anything but his own.
