Can Auschwitz do it again and captivate a new generation with a killer campaign?Auschwitz Museum officials think so and on Wednesday the blitz began with a launch of a Facebook fan page. Hmmm will becoming a fan really teach me about the Holocaust and help me, as a young person, become "responsible in the contemporary world?" Or is this just another trick to get me to the showers?

Hmmm I see the page has since been taken down sans explanation.
Personally I don’t think you can educate people about the Shoah with a Facebook facepage…it takes more than 30 second audio bites to teach history to people.
