Now, just in time to pull my social life from the trenches, Gossip Girl‘s babe creator Josh Schwartz has announced the 2009 launch of the Internet-based show Rockville, CA. The web-only series can be downloaded anytime, anywhere and focuses on underground bands in the LA music scene. Depending on your views on acts like Phantom Planet and Frightened Rabbit, you’ll either love it, or think it sucks like the O.C.
