When Eminem came onto the stage, the world welcomed the lyricist who was able to balance his 8 Mile street cred with witty lyrics that were embraced by both Dr. Dre and the whiteys. But then Em fell off, got fat, and wasn’t heard from for years. Now, at the same time that Eminem makes his lukewarm (and I’m being kind) comeback, he is joined by another one of his breed: Asher Roth. The hit single "I Love College" is a friendly feel good song that makes you want to do keg stands, make out with drunk girls, draw on your passed out friends, and then do it all over again the next night. Or in my case, just makes me psyched I’m not in college anymore. Roth, who also rhymes about "blunt cruising" appropriately dropped his album Asleep in the Bread Aisle on 4/20. We’re looking forward to seeing his singles climb the charts, so we can sit back in the office, and say, "I remember back when he was Heeb 100…"
