On any given day, it feels as if the situation(s) in the Middle East are thisclose to going straight to hell. With that in mind, it seems fitting that the region – particularly its epicenter of Jerusalem – would be the perfect setting for the horror film, JeruZalem. The story of a pair of American tourists stuck in the holy city during the actual, honest-to-god apocalypse, JeruZalem turns the same streets you stumbled through after a night of Birthright-binge drinking into the setting for some good ol’ fashioned biblical mayhem.
Dig it:
Cool right? In fact, the only thing cooler would be seeing JeruZalem with a nice buzz going from a head full of wine and a stomach full of delicious desserts…
Well, boy are you in luck.
On Tuesday, November 10th, that’s exactly what’s you’ll be able to do at the HEEB-sponsored screening of JeruZalem, part of the Other Israel Film Festival, preceded by a pre-screening reception for you to get your eat and drink on.
Here’s the deal:

For those out there looking to see two movies in one fell swoop, the JCC Manhattan is offering a special double feature pass for screenings of both Oriented, and JeruZalem, $15 in total. There’ll even be a special discussion
