On his weekly HBO show Bill Maher, had some words for “The Birthers” – the group that insists that Obama is an illegitimate president and he wasn’t born in the USA (birth certificates mean nothing to these people).
My favorite line: “Hey Birthers, wanna hear my theory? My theory is that Obama was born in America and you were born with the umbilical cord wrapped around your neck.”
Well put, sir. Maher may not be as cute as Jon Stewart and he does seem a little like the kind of guy you would find hitting on girls that are way too young, but his interesting independent opinions still turn us on.
