Jack Black and Michael Cera made this vid to announce the fact that "Music Issue" coverboy, Andy Samberg, is hosting the VMAs.
Not exactly sure what the joke is here. Maybe it’s a nod to the "Gathering Storm" gay marriage PSA spoof (which is totes not funny, btw) or maybe it’s just another chance for Samberg to look adorably confused?
Personally, I think they just wanted to say, "He came from our penises."
