Have you seen Darren Aronofsky’s Noah yet? Me neither. But a lot of other people have, and a lot of those people are piiiiiiiissed.
It seems the film’s critics expected total biblical fidelity from Aronofsky, whose last documentary famously showcased the totally real process by which a ballerina becomes an actual, giant bird. You see, Aronofsky’s artistic license with Genesis’ flood story was a little too, wait…too faithful to the source material? Well, that’s just not okay.
