Don’t Be Religulous

After grossing a little over $7 million in its first ten days Bill Maher’s anti-religion documentary, Religulous, is on route to becoming the highest grossing documentary of 2008.

Maher’s arguments about the fairy tale silliness of religion and it’s use as a force for evil throughout history are well reasoned and biting. Unfortunately, as is often the case with this sort of movie, Maher is preaching to the choir. That’s why I’m waiting until the DVD release when I will go to Wal-Mart to sneak Maher’s opus into all the Prince Caspian DVD cases I can find.

What do you think?
