
Spike Mendelsohn began his career washing dishes in his family’s restaurant, but after making it to the penultimate episode of Bravo’s Top Chef, he worked with his family to open Good Stuff Eatery. The D.C. burger and shake joint, which has become a favorite among locals like Michelle Obama, will soon be opening locations elsewhere.
