Seth Mosler Selling the “Yamulkap” to Guilt-Ridden Relatives, Possibly Others

A business manager in uptown Manhattan has come up with a new piece of headgear that has me wondering one thing: What the fuck?

It’s called the “Yamulkap,” a kippah with a brim, and apparently is taking the nation by storm — or just the half-dozen relatives that were guilted into purchasing it. Inventor Seth Mosler, according to the Daily News, saw some hot, sunburned Orthodox boys playing sports in Central Park, and that’s when the lightbulb went off: To create an item that would marry function and religion for summer activities.

Personally, I don’t see the Yamulkap taking off anytime soon. Most items can only be used for one purpose, and it’s okay for people to choose between tradition and modern comfort, kind of like how Bill Clinton had to eventually choose between Hillary and Monica.

What do you think?
