Sarah Levy is a dentist’s worst nightmare. Her pastry shop, Sarah’s Pastries & Candies, started as a small chocolaterie in her mother’s kitchen and has since turned into a Willy Wonka-esque empire, providing gourmet goodies to giants like Whole Foods, as well as boutique grocery stores.
