Boris Efimov, prolific propaganda cartoonist and world’s oldest Jew, is dead. Efimov, two-time winner of the much-coveted U.S.S.R. State Prize, did his most famous work for Agitprop and Pravda, taking on both Nazi and Allied leaders, and acting as a shining example of the superior Soviet cartooning talent, which was destined to win the Cold War in behalf of the U.S.S.R. According to varying sources, Efimov was either 108 or 109 years old. The regulatory agencies that track these matters have not yet proclaimed a new "world’s oldest jew," but the world’s ugliest can still be found here.
I find Howard handsome, in a semitic way of course.

agree, not Howard.
instead, Alan Greenspan
