Fabrizio Goldstein, also known as Fat Jew, also known as Jewther Vandross, also known as The King of Brunch, has begun his ascent. But how high he will rise and how many lives he will touch remains to be seen.
Regardless, our sages surely warn (somewhere, probably, I don’t have the actual chapter and verse at my fingertips) against explicating our secret hopes too blatantly and publicly, lest we jinx our chances and incur the mocking of the scoffers. So let’s just say that we’re watching this guy the way Peace Now watches Israeli settlements.
