There are some in the Jewish world (and elsewhere) who are convinced Iran is a nation consisting of nothing more than lunatic politicians, Jew-hating religious zealots, and spinning nuclear centrifuges. And, ok, sure, Iran has more than its share of all those things. But, what those Stuart the Turtles fail to recognize is that Iran is also the home to something we can all agree is much more important in the grand scheme of things: Mind-meltingly cool cartoons.
Cartoon Brew uncovered these two absolutely awesome Iranian animations the other week. Will cartoons bring peace to the Middle East? We’d like to think they might.
