I Need a Big Digital Hug

So, I had not noticed this before, but when one signs on toMedia Bistro job listingsnowadays, a message appears reading:

"Hi there, we still love you!But we require an email and password to viewJob Details. (Don’t worry, it’s free!) Pleaselog inor clickregisterbelow."

I don’t know if this was the norm before media folk starting getting the ax… and the machete… and the big old scythe ofDEATH, but I find this message oddly comforting.

At least someone (other than Mama Putz) loves me.
