Here’s Susan: 313, Sarah Silverman’s Rejected NBC Pilot, In Its Entirety

With her upcoming HBO Special “We Are Miracles” airing in a little over a month, Sarah Silverman is having a pretty solid year. Little did we know, though, just last year she’d pitched a half-hour sitcom called “Susan: 313” to the bigwigs over at NBC – a sitcom that was roundly rejected. But, as she points out in the bumper for this youtube video, 20th Century Fox, who owns the rights to the failed show, are letting Silverman post the unaired pilot in its entirety on the JASH youtube network.

Truthfully, it’s…alright. Not great, not awful. As Sarah herself admits, it’s probably best it wasn’t picked up, But hey, it’s got Silverman, comedians Tig Notaro and Harris Wittels, and a guest spot by none other than Jeff Goldblum. Trust me, there are worse ways to spend 22 minutes of your time:
