Gary and Allison Jonas turned formerly bleak Ditmas Park into Brooklyn’s next hot hood by opening two restaurants that serve up tasty, affordable American fare (Pomme de Terre and The Farm on Adderley) and a bar/flower shop (Sycamore). It remains to be seen whether the rest of Brooklyn can keep up with the Jonases.
