In anticipation of the second annualEugene Mirman Comedy Festival, which opens tomorrow in Brooklyn and countsHeeb as one of its sponsors, I thought it appropriate to watch a clip of one of my favorite participating performers, the young Hannibal Buress. Buress, who just signed on to write for Saturday Night Live, takes the most mundane–apple juice, moustaches, and the Amish–and turns it into the most hilarious comedic fodder.

Curated by Mirman, the comedy festival also boasts performances by Reggie Watts, Todd Barry, John Hodgman, Bobby Tisdale, AD Miles, Kristen Schaal, Michael Showalter, Marc Maron, John Mulaney, Jon Benjamin and Kristen Schaal.
