(You did see that one, didn’t you?) “Bubala Please” is about the unlikely friendship between two gangstas: One Black, one Hispanic, both Jewish. In their pilot episode, they teach you how to fry up latkes, because “Them bitches is geshmak.”
From now on, I won’t be taking my latke-cooking advice from anyone other than Jaquann and Luis. Hell, these playas might even be able to convince me to play dreidal with actual coin.

What’s not to like–putos! Shout out to Ex temple Talmud Torah in East LA/ Boyle heights. How could they change the name of Brooklyn Av to Cesar Chavez?!!!! Canter Bros Deli was near the corner of Brooklyn and Soto. Memories. I used to work at a pharmacy owned by the Abraham’s. Manny told me a Joke. A couple having bedroom issues go to a catholic priest , a protestant minister and a muslim mullah about their trouble. All throw them out because they are disgusted with their problem. Next they seek out council from a local Rabbi, he listens intently to their problem and exclaims ” Oy! Have fun under the bedsheets. What do the Goy know about fancy fucking!”. Gotta love the Tribe….
