_Sex and the City_’s Kristin Davis Leaves Oxfam Over Israel

Actress Kristin Davis found herself caught in the middle of the Israel-Palestine conflict when her gigs as covergirl and humanitarian collided. Seems that Oxfam International did not approve of their celebrity do-gooder being the face of Ahava, the Israeli cosmetics company that has factories in the West Bank. Since Oxfam is against "settlement trade," Kristin had to pick: help end poverty and suffering or get paid. She chose option two, a move that even Israeli and Palestinians would agree ends poverty.

    It’s almost as bad when you ask tag heuer watches voters how the law will affect them personally. There is lots of doubt and some considerable belief or hope that the new law won’t affect them
