This clip was part of a public access show that Kimmel Live! announcer Don Barris put together with Jimmy Kimmel and the crew for the sole reason to fuck with the shaggy-haired “Scary” Perry Caravello, the very subject of Barris’ 11-year showbiz prank that culminated with Bobcat Goldthwait’s 2003 masterwork, Windy City Heat.
