It’s that time of the year again! That time when that really big event that everyone waits all year for has finally arrived! No, not the start of baseball season. Not the beginning of summer vacation. No, not a new season of Orange Is The New Black! (Though that is terribly exciting.)
It’s THE TONY AWARDS!
You know, the award show that honors the best of the entire theatre world! (Specifically, the entire theatre world located in a small sub-section of one borough of New York City, playing in houses that seat at least 199 people.) The evening that brings together drama geeks, acting nerds and, yes, even theatrical dorks, alike!
And if you’re looking for a buddy to catch the glitz, glamour, and gorgeous dance numbers with, please call Rachel Bloom. For some reason – despite the national fervor over the Tonys – she can’t seem to find anyone to watch with.
Go figure.
