U.N. Special Rapporteur on Human Rights Apologizes for Depicting Dogs as Jews

Insensitive to canines

Richard Falk, the U.N. Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in the Palestinian territories is under fire for confirming his true feelings about the Jewish State by publishing a cartoon on his blog that depicts a yarmulke-wearing dog urinating on lady justice while making all-gone of something presumably once Palestinian but now reduced to a pile of bones and blood.

Falk promptly apologized for his depiction of the Jewish state. But he also appears to be apologizing to dogs for depicting them as Jews, noting,

“Beyond this, if we are to have a sustainable human future we must also make peace with nature, and treat animals with as much respect as possible.”
