Yesterday was the official sausage-cutting for the brand-new uptown incarnation of the famed 2nd Avenue Deli.     i went for dinner last night and the pastrami and corned beef were well worth the wait. besides, the host passed out chopped liver on rye to all those in line, which made standing in the cold delicious!
