Inaugural Slow Food Seder

Well, Michael Pollan sends his apologies (seriously), but a number of other local foodie types will be dropping some knowledge at Heeb‘s inaugural Slow Food Seder. For the last time, yes, there will be haggadahs, and no guests aren’t required to use them. This is an experiment people, interact with the rituals in whatever manner you choose – we’re providing options. As are the chefs. They sent us a sample menu last week and dinner sounds pretty awesome. Taking their inspiration from the seder plate, chefs Gayle Pirie and John Cook have whipped up a number of ideas and plenty of options to keep everyone happy. We’re bringing matzah, despite the apparent shortage.

What do you think?
