Gross Injustice?

Word out is that Cuba–the Official Dictatorship of the American Left–is seeking a 20 year sentence against Alan Gross (pictured above with his wife in happier times), for “Acts Against the Independence and Territorial Integrity of the State,” a suitably vague crime which could involve anything from plotting the assassination of Fidel Castro to handing out satellite phones to human rights activists. US officials are optimistic that he will be released, and we sincerely pray that they are right, but if it comes to a trial, Jewdar suggests Mr. Gross adopt the following defense: When has anybody ever heard of a Jew spying against the communists?

What do you think?

“When has anybody ever heard of a Jew spying against the communists?”
