Crimes and Misdemeanors 2

You may member last March Woody Allen was suing American Apparel for 10 million large after the clothing company used an image of the icon, dressed as a orthodox Jew in Annie Hall, without permission.

Now execs at American Apparel are hitting back, claming that the ad was a parody and saying "American Apparel is certainly not marketing their casual wear to Orthodox, black hat rabbis."

At this point I think the plaintiff should just be happy that American Apparel CEO Dov Charney was merciful enough to forgo his original idea: Woody Allen in Spandex

What do you think?

I really think Dov should just cave in and offer Woody a couple of the young Asian models he has used in his ad’s.
