Two nights ago at the Fat Cat, Saucony sponsored a pingpong tourney for a slew of NYC media companies. (If you recall last summer, the sneaker company treated us to a few happy hours and whiffleball games in Central Park.) As usual, we were short a few pongers, and yet our ragtag team managed to fucking clobber everyone in our path.
We won four of five games last night thanks to our ringer, Heeb arts editor Shana Liebman’s hubby Michael Moshan, who made it easy on the rest of us.
The below photo says it all: Moshan (green polo) dominates the table, while Michal Blum (black top) mocks the opponents and the rest of us balance ourselves against the back wall with beer and tequila in hand.
