President Obama ruled in favor of a new medical marijuana policy yesterday stating that those who distribute and use marijuana for medicinal purposes would not be prosecuted, bringing us one step closer to the plant’s legalization. But without this gateway drug to rebel against, there could be a major shift in youth culture, and this may very well mean the end of slacker culture as we know it. Thankfully Andy Samberg this weekend on SNL captured the spirit of white-rasta-trust-fund-slacker as "Ras Trent" before the end of an era reigns true.
