Sometimes even Jewish Princesses need to get a job. And while this privileged class hardly has the skills to take care of themselves, there are parents foolish enough to trust them to look after their children. Can’t imagine something worse than a lazy self-entitled twenty-something looking after the well being of innocent kids? Check out the new comedy series Bad Nannies.

Starring Hilary Curwen and Sigi Gradwohl, the show features oodles of BNB (Bad Nanny Behavior), including forcing children to sleep in the middle of the day, grocery shopping in your boss’s fridge, and stealing Shabbat candlesticks. It’s great if you want a reminder that there are people out there more selfish and terrible than you! Or, if you just want to watch cute Jewy twenty-something actresses pretending to be terrible. (Props also go to the adorable and fiesty young actress Jaqueline Faerber for being the maturest lady in the series.)

Or perhaps you too are a misunderstood, over-worked, nanny who “three hours, three nights a week, is like the hardest working person ever.” In which case, grab a glass of merlot, your best friend with flat-ironed hair, sit back, and take a good look at just how obnoxious you are.

“Megan Sass is a natural redhead.”
After learning that factoid, we are left to wonder only if the drapes match the rug.
Beyond that, there is nothing we need to ponder.

The “natural redhead” factoid means there’s no need to ponder. Let’s go back to talking about babysitters in LA.
