Even Noah couldn’t have prepared for the flood of hipsters at this raucous Lower East Side shindig. Sponsored by Tanqueray, Stella Artois, and the Yonah Schimmel Knishery, it was a party of Biblical proportions. Featuring DJs Nappy G, Filet O’ Fresh, and Chris Feeling, on-site conversions, Hasidic go-go dancers, and the pyrotechnics of Scratch’em Productions, guests shook their tushes and scrambled for copies of the premiere issue as Editor-in-Chief Jennifer Bleyer partied alongside the likes of Mr. Eon of the High n’ Mighty, sassy Semitic scribe Amy Sohn, and a gaggle of chosen firemen.
