On this Israeliest of days, we’re delighted by news that love of Zion is not dead, even if it at times needs a threat of a boycott to express itself. Israeli Ubermodel Bar Refaeli has become Israel’s newest "enlistment officer." Some naysayers may complain that this doesn’t exactly make up for her having avoided military service. Now, don’t get us wrong: We are violently opposed to any policy that would seriously reduce the number of hot Israel girls serving faithfully in IDF uniform, but we feel that if Orthodox girls can make up for it by serving as schoolteachers or working on moshavim, supermodels should be able to make up for it by doing what they do best: Offering horny young men the delusionally remote possibility that if they purchase your product, you will have sex with them.
