Out of a soundscape that consists of Ultra-Orthodox haredi-tic, Ladino-lounge, po-mo performance-piece, klez-(con)fusion, it is quite possible that the The Shondes are making the only music that truly matters. Tonight, celebrate the most anticipated Jewish record of the year (at least as far as we’re concerned) in Brooklyn as the band releases “The Red Sea” at Luna Lounge at 7 p.m. The 21st Century Riot G-ר-ר-ר-Ls are joined by My Teenage Stride, The Art of Shooting, Royal Pink and The Hungry March Band.
