So, I had not noticed this before, but when one signs on to Media Bistro job listings nowadays, a message appears reading:

"Hi there, we still love you! But we require an email and password to view Job Details. (Don’t worry, it’s free!) Please log in or click register below."

I don’t know if this was the norm before media folk starting getting the ax… and the machete… and the big old scythe of DEATH, but I find this message oddly comforting. 

At least someone (other than Mama Putz) loves me.
